Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. By accessing our platforms or making a booking through our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Suppliers. A contract is formed between you and the Supplier once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed. Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions which apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.

Customer Information: Make sure to provide correct, complete, and current information for everyone in your travel booking. Include their full names, just like on their travel documents, as well as their birth dates, contact details, and any special requirements they might have. If there's any mistake or missing information, it's your responsibility to handle any issues that may arise.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.

Deposits and Full Payments

  • Flights typically require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Cruises may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due as specified by the cruise line (typically 60-90 days before departure).
  • Vacation packages and tours may require deposits with final payment due as specified in your booking confirmation.

Fees and Charges: Our service fees and any additional charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking. These may include booking fees, payment processing fees, change fees, and cancellation fees.

Price Guarantee: Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed and paid for. In rare cases of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of booking and the Supplier's terms:

  • Flights: Many tickets are non-refundable or subject to substantial cancellation fees. Some flexible fare types may allow for full or partial refunds.
  • Cruises: Cancellation fees typically increase as the departure date approaches, ranging from forfeiture of deposit to 100% of the booking value.
  • Packages and Tours: Cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service

Modification by Customer

Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may incur change fees from both our company and the Suppliers. Some bookings, particularly promotional fares, may not permit modifications.

Cancellation or Modification by Company or Suppliers

We and our Suppliers reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer you alternatives or refunds in accordance with applicable regulations and Supplier policies.

Travel Documentations

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers possess valid passports (generally valid for at least six months beyond your return date) and any necessary visas or travel permits for your destination and transit countries. We are not responsible if you are denied entry to any country due to inadequate documentation.

Health Requirements

You must comply with all health requirements, including vaccinations and testing, for your destination and transit countries. Requirements may change with little notice, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of current regulations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. Travel insurance is offered during the booking process but remains optional unless specified as mandatory by certain Suppliers or destinations.

However, if the change is major, you could have options like rebooking or getting a refund, depending on what the airline decides.

Miscellaneous

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our website, and changes will apply to new bookings made after the posting date. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with your booking confirmation and any Supplier terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your travel arrangements.
