Post-Ticketing Fees

Post-ticketing fees for modifications, cancellations, or refunds are governed by the fare rules and policies of the respective airline(s). These fees are assessed on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis and are additional to any charges imposed by airlines or other suppliers.

Our service fees for post-ticketing changes, cancellations, refunds, or future credits are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice. These fees are applied in addition to any airline or supplier penalties or charges.

Government-imposed taxes and fees related to ticket modifications may vary. The final amount charged will be as shown on our platform’s website or as quoted by our customer service representative.

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds or cancellations are only permitted if allowed by the ticket’s fare rules, provided the passenger is not a "no-show," and only if our platform has approved the refund request.
