To claim a price match, please email us at support@viagemfares.com or call our customer service team with your booking details and a screenshot of the cheaper offer. The competing price must be publicly available, in GBP, and include all taxes and fees. The competing price cannot be discounted by coupons, loyalty programs, or in bulk. Our team will verify the details to ensure that every single aspect is the same as your Viagemfares booking. If your claim is approved, we will refund the price difference as a travel credit or modification to your booking on the spot.
